A trans-male born a biological female successfully fooled numerous female partners that he was a biological man by using a prosthetic penis in the dark during intercourse.
Tarjit Singh, 32, from London, England, was born as Hannah Walters assaulted the three victims between June 2010 and March 2016. He targeted young women, including a 16-year-old, using dating websites like Plenty of Fish, convincing all three he was a biological male.
During sexual intercourse, Singh insisted that the lights were turned off and kept most of his clothes on to conceal the prosthetic strap-on penis he bought from a specialist website.
When one of the victims began to question Singh’s antics in the bedroom, she said he became manipulative and defensive, telling her that there was “more to a relationship than sex” and said that she should talk about her feelings more.
Another victim fooled by Singh’s deception said her former ‘boyfriend’ had “looked like a guy, he acted like a guy.”
The house of cards only came tumbling down when one of the women found the strap-on penis he had been using in the bedroom several months into the relationship. She told police she “felt so stupid” to have been taken in by Singh’s lies.
Iβm fairly convinced that Hannah Walters is a black female posing as an Indian manβ¦ Tarjit Singh.
Utterly peculiar and damaging behaviour. pic.twitter.com/kqWffgVco8— ππππ¦ππ π»π ππ€ π₯ππ βπ¦ππ (@TalulaThe) May 25, 2022
He had told the other victim that he had been born a biological male but had undergone a sex change into a woman which he regretted and wanted to reverse.
The third woman he met via the dating app Plenty of Fish in 2014, Singh told her he was a biological man but would be having a sex change to become a woman.
During the third relationship, Singh allegedly became violent and abusive, prompting the victim to go to the police. During court proceedings, Singh’s cell phone was examined by cops, and it was revealed he had accessed a website that specializes in producing realistic prosthetic penises. It was then that the truth finally emerged about Singh’s true identity.
“These victims have been deceived, betrayed and lied to in the most disturbing and traumatic of ways,” said Melissa Garner from the Crown Prosecution Service.
“One of the victims was just 16 years old when she met the defendant.
“Tarjit Singh, who was born as Hannah Walters, presented himself as a man, wore men’s clothing, and used a man’s name.
“He tricked three innocent women into believing he was male and when questioned, he violently attacked them and intimidated them into continuing relationships.
“Singh has never admitted his crimes and has continued to claim that these victims were aware of his gender.
“The victims, in this case, have shown immense courage in coming to court and giving evidence.”
Singh is charged with three counts of assault by penetration, six counts of assault resulting in ABH, and one count of making a threat to kill.
He will be sentenced on July 27 at Snaresbrook Crown Court, London, although it’s not yet known whether or not, if given jail time, he will carry out his sentence in a male or female prison.
