Does the cocaine discovered in the West Wing of the White House belong to a member of President Joe Biden’s family? This is a fairly easy question to answer, yet when White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked this same inquiry by a reporter, she tap danced around it like she was Danny Kaye in “White Christmas.”
“Yet for some reason, the White House has chosen to lecture any journalist who inquires about from whence it came instead of being transparent about the nose candy. On Friday, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre (KJP) went off on a tangent about the so-called irresponsibility of even asking if the bag belong to the Bidens,” the Daily Wire reported.
“Can you just say once and for all whether or not the cocaine belonged to the Biden family?” a reporter asked her. Again, this is a simple question. It’s either “yes” or it’s “no.” Alas, telling the truth is to a member of the Biden administration what oil is to water. And that’s what makes giving an answer to this question so difficult for KJP. You see, either these people know that someone very closely connected to Joe Biden — like, oh, maybe his son Hunter — is responsible for bringing the illegal substance on the premises of the White House.
Jean-Pierre responded by saying, “We’ve answered this question — litigated this question for the last two days, exhaustively. Um, you know, there has been some irresponsible reporting about the family, and uh, so I gotta call that out here,” she said (emphasis added). “And, I have been very clear. I was clear two days ago when talking about this … the Biden family was not here. They were not here. They were at Camp David. They were not here Friday. They were not here Saturday. They were not here Sunday, they were not even here Monday. They came back on Tuesday. And so to ask that question is actually incredibly irresponsible.”

The DW report makes a very interesting point about the comment delivered by Jean-Pierre, noting the use of the term “The Family.” Sounds like a reference to the Mafia or something out of “The Godfather.”
“Second, that was not a direct answer. Just because they weren’t there over the weekend doesn’t mean that it didn’t belong to a family member. It was reportedly found in a cubby. It’s conceivable that it could have been there for a while,” the report continued. “Third, did you notice that was KJP’s most coherent response ever? It was indirect, but it was still coherent. She came prepared on Friday — didn’t even look at her notes.”
If the White House is actually taking this situation that seriously, that must mean someone connected to Biden or his administration has to be involved in this mess. The prevailing theory is that the cocaine might have belonged to Hunter Biden. We don’t know that for sure, of course, but given that he was in the White House two days prior to the discovery of the cocaine, and his long storied history with addiction to the substance, it seems the idea he could be involved should be an avenue worth looking into.
