Co-Founder Of Pink Floyd Accused Of Anti-Semitism After Wanting Swastika Confetti At Concerts

Well, it seems that Pink Floyd co-founder Roger Waters is a real dirtbag. The former frontman for the band is being accused of antisemitic behavior for wanting to drop swastika confetti at his concerts and an inflatable pig with the words, “dirty k*ke” on it, and making prejudiced statements about “Jew food.” This guy has a well earned reputation for this sort of thing so it’s not surprising to hear he wants to push things to the next level.

According to Breitbart News, “The London-based organization Campaign Against Antisemitism (CAA) has reportedly released emails and interviews for a documentary called The Dark Side of Roger Waters, which showcase the rocker’s antisemitic behavior and other allegations against him, according to multiple reports.”

“In one email, Waters reportedly suggested ‘bombing’ audiences with confetti in the shape of swastikas, Stars of David, and dollar signs. The 80-year-old rocker was also accused of sending an email to employees proposing to write ‘dirty kyke’ on the inflatable pig that typically floats above his concerts,” the report continued.

“Hey Guys, Who’s going to make pig? Would it work to go out on the stuka truss? I imagine it black with crossed hammers logo as 1980, but covered with symbols from Good by blue sky,’crosses, stars of david (that’s king david not david gilmour) crescent and star, dollar signs, shell oil shell, etc and epithets,’my pig right or wrong’ ‘fuck you’ ‘no,f**k you’ ‘dirty kyke’ ‘follow the money’ ‘Scum?’ etc. Roger,” one alleged email dated March 2010 said.

And as it turns out, this shining piece of sweet humanity — read that with total sarcasm, guys — has also been accused of making antisemitic remarks in the past to former saxophonist Norbert Stachel and his former co-producer Bob Ezrin.

Stachel recounted that Waters once got super angry over vegetarian food served at a restaurant and demanded that the wait staff “take away the Jew food.”

Providing further details on the incident, Stachel said that the musician pushed his plate away and ranted, “That’s it! That’s it! Where’s the meat? Where’s the meat? What’s with this? This is Jew food! What’s with the Jew food? Take away the Jew food!”

“Stachel also alleged that he was warned by a colleague not to react to Waters mocking his grandmother who was murdered in the Holocaust if he wanted to keep his job. Ezrin, meanwhile, accused Waters of singing him an impromptu song about then-agent Bryan Morrison, who he called ‘a f***ng Jew,” the report continued.

This guy is a real piece of work, isn’t he? But he’s far from alone. There are tons of antisemitic individuals within the progressive movement. We even have a few in our own legislature. Reps. Rashida Tlaib of Michigan and Ilhan Omar of Minnesota have been slammed repeatedly for speaking against Jews and the nation of Israel. Calling Israel colonialist has become chic in our day and age.

“In May, Waters performed at a in concert in Berlin wearing a long black leather coat with a red armband with two hammers fashioned into an “X,” black gloves, and a black suit and tie, and carrying a machine gun replica. The ensemble looked very similar that of an SS officer, and sparked an investigation by German authorities,” Breitbart added.

Waters is going so hard toward the left that even liberal colleges like the University of Pennsylvania are taking a stand against him. The former frontman of Pink Floyd has been banned from speaking on campus due to his antisemitic rhetoric.
