Former President Trump Just Got Major Endorsement From GOP Senator

Former President Donald Trump just nabbed a very important, key endorsement Monday from Tennessee Republican Sen. Marsha Blackburn, along with the junior senator from the same state who endorsed him over the weekend. This goes to show that Trump is still one of the most influential figures withing the Republican Party, and that is one of many reasons radical leftists fear him so deeply. They know, as long as an election is fair, Trump can defeat President Joe Biden in a rematch, especially after the damage he’s done to the country and our economy.

“I am proud to endorse Donald Trump for President and can’t wait until he’s back in the White House,” Blackburn went on to say through a post on Twitter. Blackburn became the ninth U.S. senator to throw support behind Trump, Breitbart reported.

“Besides endorsing the former president, Blackburn also praised Trump for his many accomplishments in the White House in his first term and indicated she could not wait for a reprise,” Breitbart continued.

“Under President Trump, our economy was booming, gas prices were low, and inflation was under control. Our border was secure, our adversaries feared us, & our military was strong,” she declared.

Tennessee Republican Sen. Bill Hagerty also endorsed the former president this weekend, hailing him for many of his accomplishments during his previous stint in the White House.

“Under President Trump, our border was secure, our nation was energy independent, & we witnessed a Blue-Collar Boom that lifted up American workers of all backgrounds,” Hagerty posted on Twitter Sunday. He then praised Trump for his strong stance on China and for being supportive of the military and law enforcement.

“It is my honor to give my whole-hearted endorsement to Donald J. Trump to be the next President of the United States. I was honored to previously serve in his Administration,” Hagerty continued.

Breitbart News pointed out on Sunday, that Hagerty’s endorsement post — and now also  Blackburn’s — come at a pivotal time for the former president as he delivered the key note address at a National Rifle Association event that was held in Nashville over the course of the weekend, along with delivering an NRA speech at a convention in Indianapolis the week prior.

The president also received an endorsement from Ohio Republican Rep. Jim Jordan on Monday, who is head of the House Judiciary Committee that is looking into the current indictment Trump is facing that was instigated by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. As you can imagine, Bragg has been taking action to try and prevent the federal government from carrying out this probe, but due to the fact that he used federal dollars to carry out his investigation into Trump, it doesn’t look like those attempts will be successful.

“No one has demonstrated that they will do what they said and get things done like he did, and he did it with everyone in that town against him. And that’s what I still respect about President Trump, and I’m for him all the way,” Jordan stated in an interview with Fox News Digital.
