I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but ever since the 2024 general election on Nov. 5, President Joe Biden has, in some capacities, completely disappeared. Who is currently in charge of the country? Doesn’t seem like it’s Biden or Vice President Kamala Harris, who is still smarting after having her backside whooped by Trump. So who’s calling the shots? This is a question even leftist news publications like Politico are beginning to ask. You know things are bad when even they have to admit their guy’s doing a whole lot of nothing.
Christopher Bedford, senior editor for politics at the Blaze Media, told Jill Savage and Matthew Peterson during an episode of “Blaze News Tonight,”Politico finally noticed this. And I think the reason for that is because Democrats are finally willing to talk about it. There’s been a complete absence of leadership in the White House for four years now.”
“It’s not just that Joe Biden is absent, it’s that the new president-elect, not his vice president, but former President Donald Trump, seems to be everywhere at the exact same time,” he goes on to add during the episode. A big part of this is that Trump is a natural born leader. He’s a strong man, inside and out, who takes his responsibilities seriously. He knows that this country and much of the geopolitical stage, is in complete chaos thanks to Biden’s failed policies. Therefore, he’s already started to get his ducks in a row so he can start cleaning up the mess he’s being left by the current president.
TheBlaze then pointed out that not only is Trump popping up everywhere right now, but he’s getting welcomed, rather warmly I might say, which means that even the rest of the world recognizes that Biden has wrecked things and the president-elect is the only one who can fix it.
“I mean he’s going over to France; he’s going to the grand, beautiful, really moving reopening of Notre Dame. Royalty from England, people who used to snub their nose at him, Canadian Prime Ministers, or I guess governors as he would call them, French leaders, they are bustling to get into shaking his hand,” Bedford said. “When people wonder what American policy is, they’re much more interested, they’d be much better suited, talking to Donald Trump, the mean, old orange man, than they would be talking to the sitting president of the United States, if they’re even able to get him on the line.”
Peterson fully agrees with Bedford’s take.
“Everyone’s seen it. They’ve seen him act as president since really a few weeks after he won. He’s already in the lead,” he explained. “It speaks to something very deep that is lurking here, and that is: Where is the leadership in the Democratic Party, period?”
“There’s just a black hole right now of nothing,” he stated.
If Trump is already the guy the rest of the world is looking to for leadership and placing their hopes in for ushering in much needed change in the midst of a chaotic world, imagine how things are going to be after he’s sworn into office. It’s going to be something truly historic.
